It's pretty hard to find high level Mexican food in London. This place is definitely among the best, you can see the extreme care in all the dishes, and the quality of products. I would say it's a little bit "fancier" than traditional mexican food you can have in Mexico, but still pretty nice. Place is not cheap, but I don't mind paying for quality.
Best place ever. I came at 6 with not booking and they accommodate me on the bar. I just saw people and people coming in and I asked the bartender , they have bookings between 6pm and 8pm. A couple came sat down next to us, they are regulars and chatting, and they only say good things about this place. Plus, I asked about gluten free food and they had plenty options and helped with me with that. 10/10
This restaurant feels like a little piece of Mexico, the ceviche, fish tacos, margaritas and palomas are truly recommended, the staff, always smiling and fast are a plus for this great place, apart they have different events with tequila or mezcal so we can learn more about these two great liquors, the music, the atmosphere are 100% recommended, if you are near the neighborhood do not hesitate to make your reservation and enjoy a place, food and being served by very friendly people. BTW best Paloma ever !!! 100%
Amazingly arguably the best tacos in London. We enjoyed: oyster mushroom, birria, carne tacos; tuna tostada. Drinks and service amazing. Reservations highly recommended.
So good! Esquites best I’ve had!!! All cocktails 12 Quick service BUT we did wait 20 mins for the chicken tacos (and they were quite disappointing, would be better to be pulled chicken rather than lumps of “marinated chicken” that has 0 flavour) Staff lovely and toilets clean
Incredible place with stunning food, professionally crafted drinks and top tier service. Independent spirit and authentic flavours. Wow! Couldn’t recommend enough. Shout out to Andrea, Tom & Adrian for making the night!
Had a fabulous time here last night - gorgeous food (my mouth is watering thinking of the tacos), great service and special shout out to Maddie behind the bar for making some of the best cocktails I've ever had. She recommended the jalapeno and mescal cocktail I'd never had chosen and it was amazing - proceeded to have 3 of them!! When we couldn't decide on our final drink our lovely waitress nailed it with the suggestion of an ameretto sour which Maddie made to perfection. Brilliant restaurant - we'll be back!
Absolutely love it here, been coming for a couple of years (not enough!) I left a small note on our booking about our friends engagement and the staff were nothing but lovely at making the meal feel special. Great options for veggies and meat/fish eaters alike!
